how to play a torrentfile in windows

how to play a torrentfile in windows it seem that it doesnt play after the download is complete and i try open it it says canot becus windows doesnt reconise the file or something of that sort , the torrenmt that i download is a movie and none of then will play , what shud i do ?

If you check all the files with Winrar might works.Open your download with WinRar or just drag the folder inside WinRar interface and select all and extract it to directory or desktop.If is a movie in vcd/svcd format you are going to get a pair of cue/bin files ready for burning on cd if is a Xvid format you are going to get an avi file and you can play it on computer with any Xvid players like VLC or BSplayer but be sure you have install the DivX pack and Xvid pack.All this stuff you can find it here:http://www.free-codecs.com/
