As I know, Adobe flash player can play 3GP video with H.264 codec. If your 3gp video is not in h.364 codec, I think you can convert it to with a free video converter

VLC media player can help you. It can play all popular format video, include 3gp.

Or, you can download free codec.

Or, Download a video converter and convert your recorded video to those compatible with your media player, even psp, ipod etc.

As I know, sonyericsson K700ia has a media player which is capable of playing MIDI, WAV, MP3 and AAC audio files and 3GP, MPEG-4 video files, so what you need to do is to deliver the video in your mobile phone to computer and then convert it to 3gp with some converters, like this free Moyea Video4web converter.
