I’m converting to from avi to DVD files with WinAVI converter (6.3) and burning to DVD+R with Nero 6. Great ... apart from vision and sound going out of synch. How can I stop this and keep it together?

Video/audio synch problems come from a conflict between your codecs.Beside the GSpot and Avicodec tools to analyze your avi file before convertion here is another one :http://www.afreecodec.com/details.php?file=30 Open your file with and the tool is going to give the info about what codecs you may need to work with that file.

Thanks Labish ... that’s good of you. I’ve downloaded and installed AVIcodec. Now all I have to do is go to Square One and find out what codecs are, what they do, how to get them and what to do with them. Yes, I really *am* that new! :-) Thanks again.
