I’ve decrypted a DVD to my hardrive into .VOB, .BUP, and IFO files, however I need the .BUP and .IFO files converted.

I need a converting program that will convert .BUP and/or .IFO files to any of the following files; .avi/.wav/.asf/.mpg/.mpeg/.wav/.mp3/.wma/.mov/.vob

.VOB, .BUP, and IFO files are the need file when you convert to DVD.And without .bup and .ifo files, you can’t burn the DVD file to the disc. So,after conversion, you should have a DVD folder,it contain two folders,VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS.The last is empty, the first has .vob,.bup,and .ifo files. If not, that must be something wrong with conversion. You can try winavi.com/avi-to-dvd.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_new">winavi.

It means you get a dvd files folder...
This Mac DVD ripper can convert dvd files to various video...

A really powerful DVD ripper can copy dvd files, convert dvd files to video, and remove any protection...like the one above!
It still supports video editing, including cropping black bar on screen, trim time length for a specific video clip, etc.

Of cause, you need an access to Mac first.

my Hitachi dvdcam if recorded to disc in VR mode then copied to a normal 8xdvd-r will not play on my new dvd recorder/player no matter what I do,THE MESSAGE ON THE PLAYER SAYS UNSUPPOTED FORMAT. Strangely,if,as I now do by accident record to my cam in VF mode they play. The difference seems to be that in VF the vidieo comes out as separate frames and when I click onto the fist frame the copied dvd starts and then runs all the way through ok.I dont know why but in VR it will not start a moving vidieo but will run all the awy through from a still frame start.on my computer using the cyberlink dvd player Ican play both.In VR Ihave to open the MPEG file to play the disc

I would still like a solution to the problem of not being able to play a disc recorded in VR format onto my hitachi dvd camcorder straight to my dvd player,or is the way to record to the hard drive on the dvd player whilst watching the vidieo and let the player take care of the bpo.mpeg and ifo files? if I sound lost then your right,Help
