Sound But No Image

I’m hoping someone can help me. I recently formatted my computer. Since then, my Media Player and Real Player suck.

If I go Full Screen with Media Player, I’ll just get the image in the top left corner. With some file types (like WMV), I’ll get sound but the image stays at the start of the movie.

The same with Real Player, but I don’t get an image at all there.

Can someone please help me what I should do? I don’t want another Player because it used to work.
