123 Copy Dvd Problem

I bought this program and have been trying to use it now for a couple of days, but am having problems. It will burn fine but when i go to view it or burn it, it is in more than one language, and I can’t change it to English, cause then it wont play any audio. It will work for a bit in English but then it switches!!

Any ideas,
I’d like to use a diff. program but seeings how I paid for this i should try it.
