Diablo II downloaded - can't setup, have only mpq files...

Pretty clueless about mpq’s and just trying to learn about them online...

I have diablo II, with setup not responding as it’s asking for cd1. Apart from that I have all mpq files, it seems, including one called 'setup'.

I have downloaded 2 mpq editors, but not sure what to do with them or what to extract and how.

A guide or tips or anything would be great. Thanks for all comments.
