Channel is good! but no file sent to me

Hello,

I read all the chat instruction, and they were very helpful.

Even the one to download the help file...

I have been able to get on to the #tmd-moviez channel, but nothing past that point. There are no other users listed, othere than myself.

So, how is the !codec file to be sent to me?

If anyone can help, please do.
