Magisterludi Guest | I know of two apps that could often view incomplete Kazaa or Torrent files.
AVIPreview could view some partial kazaa files that were of extension .avi.
VLC Media player can handle some partial files in many formats. Streaming, avi, wmf, swf, and others AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE CORRECT Codecs Installed.

Guru Guest | Very simple....
Just try opening it with VLC player...
Since it is a partially downloaded BC file...it only plays what it has downloaded..

westpark Guest | The files with extension avi.bc! are unfinished.
They may be very little indeed, despite the fact that their size is about 700 MB, as expected.
It looks like, some torrents will register their
final size in advance, making it easier to avoid disk overload, but leaving the impression, they are finished. NT

.bc! is an unfinished BitComet file. The download did NOT FINISH. You have to redownload it.
AKA No porn for you. Back of the line!

Diamond Guest | If you’re using XP, go to:
My Computer - Tools - Folder Options - View
then uncheck the box for “Hide extensions for known file types” and click OK.
Then copy the .bc! file to another directory if you want to keep downloading or seeding the original, right click the copy, and select Rename. Delete ".bc!" so that you only have the file name and .avi after it. Click somewhere else. Than double click the file, and it will open with your default player.
Basta

krizno Guest | make sure it is a complete dl also if you use these programs and get .bc! then try a diff program
BitComet is a p2p file-sharing program fully compatible with Bittorrent. The .BC extension is an incomplete download. This also applies to BitLord. (Note: .BC! is more commonly found but this entry is here as some have found .BC for this.)
theres an operating system called mepis wich has an awesome torrent downloader you might want to google it and figure out weather it is windows compatable i never had a problem using it but using bitlord i have or pay attention and change the extention that would help too.....

this works. i downloaded a movie titled “film geek” twice and it stopped at 97.9% twice. i tried this and the command prompt solutions and both worked the same way. i can play the video on any media player although the video gets smudged or overlap for a few seconds. so i guess its only advisable to do this with an almost complete download.

Monkeyshitface Guest | You guys are idiots. Read the question at hand first....
You cant play files that are incomplete...If you have downloaded the file with Bitcomet..you can try changing the .BC part into .avi The VLC media player will play it as .avi
Best advice and worst advice " download the movie from a different source”. It’s probably a fake.
