Nicklez Guest | Hello. I have a problem. I was downloading a list of files from some tracker, and after reinstaling windows I’ve lost bitcomet.... So i have unfinished bc! .ISO file with about 20 mp3 files in it. Is there any way to extract the files?
Thanks

Emma-Looooou Guest | Hi. I just downloaded a torrent using bitcomet. it got to 100% but is showing up as avi.bc! files. I used windows promt and changed the file extensions to .avi, but they still wont work on any media players (including VLC Player). I can’t figure out what the problem is, as according to BitComet, the torrent is 100% downloaded, but the files still don’t work! I checked the comments on the torrent before downloading it, and they are all good, and no one else seems to have had any problems downloading/playing the files! Anyone got any ideas, as I don’t wanna have to find another torrent/start downloading again! Thanks. x

God damn you people are IDIOTS Guest | Marcus Aurelius wrote:
BitComet is a torrent client and for an incomplete file is going to put a bc! at the end of an unfinished download. Also give you a chance to check or uncheck any file from your download so start again and check only file with bc! and download is going to be complete. If you start downloading with BitComet and stopped the download don’t start with another BT client is going to mix the files.

So: copy xxx.avi.bc! xxx.avi [enter]
are there spaces between “copy” and “xxx.avi.bc!" and between “xxx.avi.bc!" and “xxx.avi”?
I found out that all you have to do is delete the .bc! use windows explorer and right click on the file, left click on rename , left click on the right end o file name and press the backspace button 4 times , then click outside of the square.

Paul Crabtree Guest | I used windows explorer and renamed the file by backspacing over the bc! works for me !

tiarakiyoshi Guest | In BitLord, the extension represents an unfinished download. However, if you see them in the torrent properties it might be because you opened the torrent file before it was finished downloading. Try removing the task, redownloading the torrent if necessary, and reopening it.

TinyHinyHoooo Guest | If that ISO is a movie just drop it on that awesome VLC!
If you want to use a another player you can burn it (burn as image) or better even: mount it. Under Windows you need do download yet another application XD... deamon tools will do the job.
