Crofty44 Guest | All you have to do is rename the example.avi.BC! to example.avi
Just delete the .BC!
And it should work .. worked for me =D

Hexx Guest | This works to resolve already downloaded torrents, but how do you fix this to prevent it from doing it to future downloaded torrents? As I download more .avi torrents, they complete at 100% with the .bc! extention.

Saurabh Sahai Guest | BitComet is a torrent client and for an incomplete file is going to put a bc! at the end of an unfinished download

Aceraldo Guest | ok... Is it me or is everyone ignoring the little bit about Bitcomet reporting the download as “100%"???
I am in the same situation. The download is shown as 100% completed (as a matter of fact, the downward “green” arrow has changed to the upward “red” arrow), but the .bc! extension stays as is. What gives???
I have Bitcomet 1.02 installed.

Bizarre Guest | they’re not just for incompleted torrents. i got the extension from a completed torrent download, and just renamed it without the .bc! part and it works fine. =) you can’t get an avi to play if it hasn’t fully downloaded. (someone correct me if i’m wrong)
