shadow Guest | Hi i know u guys put a lot of work into answering certain questions here and i hope youll do the same for me id be very grateful anyways i downloaded a .avi movie which i need to get onto a dvd+r(or dvd rw if thats even possible) and need to be able to watch it downstairs on the dvdplayer(connected to tv) thanx a lot guys i really really appreciate it | |

Snake1986 Guest | First of all u need to download a program, to covert the avi file to the DVD-r/+r so ya dvd player can play the file... i suggest downloading TMPGEnc ..(make sure u select DVD format) then open the file with that program and it should take a while depending how big the file is to encode...and then u can burn that video on the DVD-r using a burning program. | |

Snake1986 Guest | u should get 2 seprete files..(audio/video) by burning those files on the DVD-R ya player should play them... if that a bit confusing or don’t work... get a burning software and that offers creating ya own DVD(menus and vids) ..where u can add videos pics & a menu... that program should convert those videos u add and burn it straight to a DVD disc.. | |
