uninstall winavi, and use a program such as, Registry Mechanic, to scan and repair your registry (Reg Mechanic will remove 'orphans and widows' entries in your registry) then do a reboot, then re-install Winavi, run it and enter your software key, Winavi will close down, then restart it, hopefully that should fix the prob.
If not d/l Nemo Codecs or XP codecs and install them, it may be that your Divx/Xvid codecs are corrupt.
Hope this is helpful

Hey all. I think i have the same problem as someone above. I click DVD to convert, open a divX (.avi) file, and choose max quality etc, and after ive converted to DVD format, it puts the VOB files in like 6 different folders, as if it were for 6 discs! How the hell do you get it to just output to ONE folder with concurrent VOB files from start to finish? The old version did this easily but this newer vers splits them up. There are no options either, to make it one disc that i can see obviously anyway. Thanks.

Hi, I am trying to convert a 12.3gb AVI to DVD. It started off with 27 frames per sec and dropped to 2 frames per sec. It is well into 10 hours now and only 48% of the file has been converted. Could someone please tell me what the probelm could be and if possible a fix for it. Thanks a bunch.
