PLEASE HELP, I don't know what to do (CLIENT PROBLMES)

Hi,
i have a serious torrent problem.
Last week my Azureus 2.2.0.2 suddenly developed the follwing behaviour.
The Torrent dl sarts normal, the dl speed increases until it slows down rapidly to 0. (UL are also at 0).
I have to restart it again to get dl going. (I have to do this several every 20 min)

What i already tried:
-> Changing all settings in Azureus (max number of connects ...)
-> Updating to latest Azureus and JRE .
(no improvement)

-> Disconecting my Netgear router and going to standard cable modem setup

->Using other clients:
ABC (her the downloads just crash, i.e. the dl/ul speeds just freeze after some time, while the program isn’t downloading at all)

Bittornado (same as ABC)

Bit Lord (Same as Azureus, and programm crashes).

I tried it without any firewall, i have really no idea what i can do, if i can’t get this fixed I’ll try format C: and a fresh intallation.

Please HELP

This could also be an antivirus proggy problem, especially if you are using Norton/symantec. Try disabling of it, temporarily, and see what happens........before you do a reformat (Euugh, ugly word).
