xvid-tlf file help

Hello, I recently downloaded and xvid-tlf file and i get sound on for it perfectly but no picture, and it comes up with an error whenever i try to play it in any media player. I downloaded G-Spot and it says that nothing was wrong with it, and it had no problem rendering. Its a chinese movie...

any ideas?
