BigRed17 Guest | I downloaded an MPEG4 video and am trying to burn to DVD. dvdSanta says that it can’t open the file when i go to Add Media. WinAVI will not burn it either and i get the message “Can’t decode this file! Maybe the file is broken or the relative decoder is not installed!" Not sure what decoder I need to install or why DVD Santa does not want to open my file.
Any Ideas??

frustrated22 Guest | Have seen plenty people ask about this error KEY,ASC,ASCQ,ASCLEN=3,c,0,a but not yet yet seen any one give a solution.
So if you know, me for one would be grateful its frigging annoying...and if one of the people with the problem could type a solution if and when you find one, cheers.

corsair56 Guest | hi
I’m using DVDSANTA but time to time after added the file to convert when starting 'create dvd' the program aborts
without give any error message .
My questions are :
1) had someone experienced the same situation ?
2) do you know if the program writes the error in
a 'logfile' ? and in case what is the logfile name ?
3) is there a DVDSANTA version where is possible to
adjust audio ?
Thanks in advance for Your help and answer
