how do i play a d500 video clip

I have a video clip recorded onto my d500 but for some reason when i play it on my computer i cannot hear the sound, do youi know where i can get a codec? or what file plays these video clips.

the format of d500 video is 3gp
it plays perfectly fine in “quick time player”,get the latest free version from apple.com.
the absence of sound could be because of a long distance between the voice source and your cell.
try increasing the volume of your speakers.
