It depends on what your stereo system, or other devices are able to play.

Normal Hi-Fi, CD players etc can play .CDA (C ompact D isc A udio) and then there are those that can play MP3 (MPEG1 Audio Layer 3)

Both MP3 and WMA (Windows Media Audio) are lossy/compressed audio formats. If your system can’t play WMA, I would suspect that you’re after something that can convert those WMA’s to WAV, then burn those WAVs to CDR as they’re converted to CDA during the burn.

One piece of software that can convert WMA to WAV (PCM/16bit/44.1kHZ (stereo sound)) is dMC:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

From there you can use just about any software capable of burning Audio CDs. Some that come to mind are MusicMatch & Windows Media Player (only if you’ve already got them installed), Nero etc, etc. Just choose to burn the WAVs as Audio CD.

Note that there are standalone devices capable of playing WMA.
