Help!!! windvd creator trouble

hey

ive been having trouble with windvd creator 2 i cant burn or save to the hardrive anything that is over 2000MB and i have chosen the long play option in the start up wizard but it didnt do anything when i got to burn it will only let me choose dvd (1hour) or dvd (2hours)can someone please help me with this problem
