i was wonering is there a imaginary sound card and video card and imaginary RAM that you can download and it makes your computer work like you had actually bought it and installed

That’s a good one and then you may listen to an imaginary sound and watch an imaginary picture and with this you put out of business the whole computer industry.Better English for your question is can I save some money and not to install a video card?
