Fitting Films Onto 4.7GB DVD's?!

Can anyone also help me?! Can anoyone tell me how to fit a downloaded film onto a 4.7GB blank dvd? I downloaded a film off of Kazza, and now that i want to burn it onto a dvd, using Nero Vision Xpress, it says the file is too big. I have tried putting it onto DVD shrink, in order to try to make it fit, however it just says that the file cannot be found. I would be most greatful if anyone could help me with this! =) Thankyou!
