Open your folder with WinRar select all from menu and extract on desktop to see what you get.If is an avi try to watch it with any player you may have on computer or find out with GSpot what kind of avi you have and start from there. If after decompressing with WinRar you get a pair of cue and bin files open Nero burn image or iso point to cue and is going to burn bin on a cd in order to watch it on your dvd player. If your avi works ok sound and picture and you want to make a dvd you have to convert avi to dvd with any video converter you have.Good Luck.
