See Yo, you just called me stupid. I thought you weren’t calling anyone stupid. I had a movie that was in cue/bin form. I burned ONLY the .cue because I didn’t know which one to burn and I put it in a cheap DVD player and it worked fine because it supported it. So screw you Yo and try it for yourself. I don’t need to listen to your retarded banter because I just bought a DVD burner. Thanks for the help, Yo.

Ok darkagent sry for saying your stupid, but you are confused buddy. A .cue sheet is normally 1kb big in movie terms that would be less than 1sec of playing time. A .cue sheet by it self without a .bin file will do nothing at all. A .cue sheet is what tells your dvd burner how to burn the .bin files. Check for yourself, find the .cue file and open it with notepad. Do you see, it says mode and tracks and has #'s by it. Thats whats telling your burner how to burn the .bin file correctly. Yes if you download a movie in .cue and .bin form IT WILL PLAY ON YOUR DVD. That is because someone has converted the original dvd for you and then turned it into a .cue and .bin file to make it really easy for ppl to burn the movie correctly. Otherwise you would have to convert and all that good stuff. Here is a example that might help you understand a little better. Lets just say i have a movie named “jason” and its in .avi form. Now for kicks lets say i convert the .avi into a .bin and .cue file. I burn the .cue and .bin file to a disk, now i explore the disk and i see jason.avi on the disk. You see it didnt change anything its still a .avi file and .avi files do NOT PLAY ON YOUR DVD. You must convert first to a dvd format. If you still dont understand then say so and i will tell you how to convert movie files into .cue and .bin form and you can try this pointless test out for yourself. But, pls listen i’ve been doing this since p2p was released(YEA ON KAZAA) many years ago.

Okay there is tutorials for this. Just google it. But in short turn your movie file into a mpeg format, then burn the mpeg into a vcd, and it will play on your dvd and shouldnt make the file any bigger.

with isobuster you can extract the movie .mpg files from a bin cue file. you simply open the image file in isobuster. then right click where it says track 1.then it will say extract raw video data(ie).mpg files.then you can convert mpg files to dvd format by using dvd santa.works perfect.

Alright, Yo. You do probably know more about this burning stuff than me. I used to do it a long time ago but then I stopped and recently have gotten back into it. I just reported what I saw. I got a converter to turn avi into mpeg but it takes way too long so I just gave up. So I will stick to the fast and easy. I found a good cheap LG DVD Burner on Amazon and I will probably get that one. Thanks for explaining it to me though.

Get the dvd plyer that supports divx and it will save you from converting. There are many cheap dvd players that support divx and other codecs, and that will save you from having to convert anything. Check out this site, it might help you make a decision.

TopsyTurvy: Its not your spelling, but how you use them. Like i dont understand this. N S 4 u= Is that supposed to mean “and as for you”? And why not just spell it out, doesnt take much longer.

Thanks, Yo, but I’d rather have the movie be in DVD format so if my friends or brother want to borrow it then it will be easier. I can just watch the movies on my computer.

Yea, thats were technology is going though. My friend bought one at wal-mart(cheap one) and it supports divx as well. Soon all players will to just like they all now support cd-r and dvd-r while just a few year ago only the expensive ones featured this.

But i was just giving you all the options available to you, what you do is your business.

YO.. remember the last heated arguement about that very special dvd software that I had... you can now have it because it is not a secret anymore. A russian friend’s of mine bought it in Saint Peterburg in 2003 and now you can DL it.(for free) They have made some changes to the software and the name is now called RatDVD(now without the CSS Decrypter). Here is the link.
