MTV video for Chinese MP4 player

Hey, im not sure if ive got the sme mp4 player you guys are talking about but i was today while i was at school i had it at home and i had left while converting a video and putting it on. wen i took the mp4 player out i tryed to turn it back on but all it does is just stay on the blue screen with the hourglass, like its frozen or something. Can someone please help me?

I too have a problem with my MTV files. There are two MTV files in the player originally installed and working fine. However, the MTV files that I obtained through MTV converter are not recognizing by the player and message appears as “unknown format”. Manual of the player says that it can use to play AMV files, but they too not recognizing.
For your information, in the back of the player you can see the product as UPRO. Is there anybody who could help me to find a solution for my problem? What is the reason that payer identify the original MTV came with the player, while not recognizing the files converted trough MTV converter? Pls help.
