Video Codec that supports Dual Cpu config

Hi

I have an old PIII 800 Mhz Dual CPU machine.

All codecs I have tried use only one CPU, not
allowing me to capture at 480x480 30 fps.
When capturing I can see only one cpu doing
all the job while the other CPU is idle.

Do you have any VideoCodec that takes advanges
of a dual CPU system?
