Problem converting/outputting from PINNACLE

Hi there,

I was wondering if anybody out there could give me some advice.

A friend of mine who is a dancer edited together some of her dance stuff using PINNACLE on her home computer. The trouble is, she is not able to burn a DVD of the footage from her computer.

Being an assistant editor myself, I had her convert the files to MPEG 4 and send them to me at work so that I could burn it to DVD there, but I cannot open the files.

I really do not know very much about this PINNACLE software, so I’m asking: is there a way for my friend to send these PINNACLE files to me, and is there a way for me to open and output them without actually having Pinnacle myself??? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
