What are these red flags? And why can't I hear audio?

Hi,

Below I’ve posted a link to a screenshot of the problem I’m encountering:

Right after cutting (with razor) a certain bit of audio, a red flag shows up in the audio file that is on the audio bar. After that I can’t hear the audio. Also a little boxed x shows up in the monitor, alerting of a problem. Can som one let me know how to get rid of this? Thanks!

I get vedios sent to me and have tried everything and still can’t hear the music...Why????
