ISO file, post-burn on DVD wrong Aspect Ratio..HELP!

OK, so I got a movie that it aparently an anamorphic version of the film, yet when I burn the ISO file to the DVD and play it back, the image is in 4:3 mode, stretched vertically. Is there a way to burn the ISO image so that it will change the video to Anamorphic? Any programs out there that will do it? I don’t think Nero will

If the standard iso is in 4:3, U will have 2 content with it. U can’t change 4:3 format 2 16:9 but possibility 2 so called 1:18:00 full screen version. There is a programme which can do the conversion 2 full screen but it’s a shareware. Its called DVD Santa.
