hi this is a response to letitbedone if your in DVD shrink just hit open files and grab your files and then hit the back up button it encodes them and burns them right to disk so you can watch them on your DVD player easy as that or if you really wanted to play with them you could just convert your ISO or .vob files into mpeg2 files they will play on any DVD player in your home anyway no need to use Nero to recode or play with files if you keep playing with them your bound to lose the quality

"Ok, here it is...there is an easy way to do it. I dont want to post it on here. Leave an email
and I will check post once a day. If your serious about turning ISO movies into DVD then post an email address. Simple crap."
— -> Hey there I’m interested on this one, here’s my email cyber_xmanila@yahoo.com. I’m into photography so I really need these kind of stuffs, I want to be able to convert all my photos to ISO image then burn the ISO image to a blank DVD-R disc and be able to play it to any DVD player for TV. I’ve already wasted lots of blank DVD’s coz everthing I’ve tried to burned just got an error at the end (mostly at 95%). I’m using the latest Roxio and Photo-to-DVD softwares right now. Please help! Thanks!

.iso is just a compression of many files. With something like Alcohol (not the bottle) or Deamon tools you can make a virtual disk, and you do not have to burn anything.

After trying to play an iso movie I downloaded. The play effort would stall and just repeat the opening menu cycle. Then I tried to burn a DVD w/ Isoburner. Though other times Isoburner succeeded simply this time it appeared to fail repeatedly. I have used Shrink a lot but never seen its ISO handling capabilities. Encoding the ISO took 4 minutes for the 4.1gb file. Thanks for recommending Shrink.

I will cut through all the tech crap and give it to you simple.
iso.. Mount it . Use what ever you wish for this. Daemon tools ,magic iso, ultra iso...
After you mount it on a virtual drive . Go to win explorer and click on your new virtual drive. It should be named something like G.:/Ironman or maybe just the name of the movie.
Click on it and see if you get a video TS folder. If so you just need to open your favorite burning software and open that folder in it and click burn.
I suggest using 1 click dvd copy pro. It burns quick and you can get the menus or leave them out .
Also download DVD43. It will get rid of any copy protection for you automatically. http://www.dvd43.com/ It will put a smiley face on your task bar . It will turn green when it gets rid of copy protection.

Good luck

my question is this,

I got a Movie that is in .iso format ok, i want to know how to get NERO to burn the file on to a DVD so i can watch it on my DVD PLAYER that is hooked up to my television , i’ve gone through 10 blank DVD trying to figure it out. I mount the file with PowerIso which is the same thing as magic ISO and Daemon whatever. NERO sees them but i don’t know why it won’t play in my system so i extracted the files via DVD Shrink still no movie? Can someone tell me how to do this, i might be dumb i don’t know maybe i am, but a step by step would be awesome.

Mount the iso cd image file with a program like daemon tools or clonecd then play/open the disc with vlc player (which usually doesn’t even need any codec). Watch and enjoy!
