I have just downloaded my first torrent which was a movie in ISO format.
It sort of plays on Media player except you can’t access any of the menu. You can see it but you just can’t click anything so I just get the title screen and nothing else
I tried to burn it to DVD just as an ISO file so I could try it in my DVD player instead of my PC, but I just get a wierd menu screen with 2 root files displayed and can’t get it to do anything else
Is there another way to burn it to DVD (I just used Nero data DVD)?

Anyone know how to shrink a dual layer ISO file back to DVD size?
Oh and I have tried DVDShrink, etc.. but it won’t read the ISO due to it being a video game.
Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same problem, my DvD player says “No Disk” after trying to read it.

Please assist!

Hi, I’d like to copy DVDs to the hard drive as an ISO image, but I can’t view them from my current DVD viewing software (WinDVD). I was wondering if there’s a player that can play them from the image. My main goal here is to be able to watch and burn the same data (i.e. not have to store a copy of the ISO image for later burning to DVD, while also storing the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders for viewing on the computer via WinDVD. I know I can burn those two folders to a DVD and have it work, but the image is easier to deal with and I’ve heard it is also more likely to be an exact or better quality copy.)
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi.. I have been burning stuff through convertxtodvd for about a year now. But usually only mess with .rar, .avi, or .mpeg file types.

I have downloaded a movie that originally was a .rar file and upon extracting turned out to be a .iso file.

This is all new to me.. I have researched some and have downloaded poweriso and all that good stuff. So, now I am at a loss. I do not know where to go next or what to do in order to get the .iso image burned to a dvd so that I can play the movie in my DVD player.
