Pfc Guest | I Have a video file that has this audio codec:
0x0055(MP3) ID’d as MPEG-1 Layer 3
The file works perfectly but when i want to encode it with Tmpgenc i only get video data..without any audio. Do u guys have any ideas why is that so...Tmpgenc is probably not using the right codec to encode it...

Sly Guest | I have simillar problem.
When i join 2 avi files,i get only video without audio(when the codec is 0x0055(MP3) ID’d as MPEG-1 Layer 3). I can join the other avi files without any problem.I do not know what should i do.

gracinhasouza Guest | I have simillar problem, I can’t use VirtualDub or Tmpgenc with this codec.I CAN’T INSERT SUBTITLE OR SAVE WAVE FILE TO CHANGE TO MPEG.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
Iam here in Brazil waiting for help.

VIDEO: (S) — > AVI Splitter — > FFDShow MPEG-4 Video Decoder — > (R)
AUDIO: (S) — > AVI Splitter — > MPEG Layer-3 Decoder — > Morgan Stream Switcher — > (R)
If it renders but doesnt play that would be indicitive of a codec conflict — which is why it is important to uninstall all the codecs to start with
