Star_wars_III (3)_Revenge_of_the_Sith_2005_Divx_AC3 (1).avi
thats the file

Divx/xvid/AC3 codec installed

G-spot crashes when opening it.
divxrepair says “Bad Frame Report from DivxRepair” and does nothing.

tried, winamp,wmp10,realplayer with the above codecs and it hasn’t worked.

IF anyone knows how to get it working please help me out because i really have hit a wall smiley
thanks.

Where did get the file? Some P2P smart asses put a data file as a movie or a game and no wonder GSpot crushes on it is not a avi file. That’s the advantage with Bittorrent, they can not put a fake file for download. The classic media player from any codec mega pack or just BSPlayer works ok with Xvid files. Here is a site to download some stuff mostly tools. http://www.9down.com/

yeah i believe i downloaded the same file off of ares... this sux .. i used video inspector and it said it was a divx 5 codec and a Mpeg -1 layer 3 audio and its just not working all codecs are installed correctly .. now video inspector says that the file isnt complete i believe that that could be a problem so is there anyway i can possibly play the file even though it isnt complete. if so how?

ive tried almost every codec pack.

one of my downloads, wasn’t star wars.

this is the other one, and on bearshare at any given time there are around 1000 sources, the fact that i cant find anyone else that is having this problem on google, and the amount of downloads there have been, leads me to believe its real.

maybe it isn’t, i suppose i’ll have to hope that someone on here has it and has it working.

Or if someone has another torrent or p2p version of starwars 3 they can post it here

I have the same file from ares and the same problem. i tried a lot of codec packs no way. GSpot, Video inspector, AVIedit VideoLan crushe or dont work, I found a comment to the file in Ares (which disappeared after few hours!!): “You need the codec My Man. All my flix play just fine. Lets get with the Program baby”, I guess it is a joke and the file is fake or incomplete

charak - wrong thread to post in, we don’t want your problems, this is to get a star wars 3 movie. The answer to your problem is in hundreds of threads around the internet, there is even a tutorial on here.

try searching for the fix before posting
