My Movie Freezes and resum freezes and resume

I jsut downloaded a Counter Strike video by NIP clan..and everytime i open it..it freezes and resumes back to normal play then it freezes again. this happens every 5 seconds.
Another problem is there anyway for me to make it brighter because i cant see ANYTHING its all dark sumtimes and its ligth then its dark..

please help ty
