AUDIO TAG 85 plase can someone HELP!!

Plase can someone help me. I have an avi file which plays without sound. On Divx it says I need Audio tag 85. However I have downloaded the tag and it still does not work. When using Gspot to detect what codec I need it says that I have 2 compatible codecs installed for the sudio.

BUT when I render (whatever that means) it fails and it comes up with partial failure and there is no audio path!!!!

Please can someone help me who knows how to sole this annoying problem! I really want to watch this AVI!!
