"cant download codec" (no sound)

i have a problem but i can’t fix it.
when i want to play a movie with windows media player 10, he shows the movie but i have no sound. he says: “cant download codec” but i have a lot of codecs and i can play movies with divX, but i want to play movies with windows media player 10.

can someone help me please

Try to reinstall Dolby Digital 1.0 filter. It should help. If not, check with GSpot audio codec of that movie and try to reinstall them.
