Preview Window Problems w/winavi 6.3

I love this program, except the preview window pops up, but no movie shows up...I am converting some Star Treks and putting them on vcd for the dvd and sometimes they encode upside down and I have no way to determine this until everything is finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If anyone has a clue, or idea, please email it to me please

i can see the preview window. I have the problem of movies being converted upside down, this has only happened recently and the software worked well before. I have reinstalled the program and unistalled anything that may be conflicting, any ideas?

please help me. i have winavi 6.3 and it only converts up to 99%. i have tried everything but nothing seems to be working. please help.
