"Failed to create instance of Divx Decoder Filter"

What is that.. the whole error is Failed to create instance of Divx Decoder Filter CoCreateInstance{}failed. Error: 0x800040154: Class not registered.
I read some stuff about class not registered problem, I tried.. some things like reinstalling directx9, reinstalling quartz.dll, it does not work on my machine ;( I dont use Windows Media PLayer, I use Bs player.
