help with this software i downloaded please

i had alook through the froum but couldnt find thhe info i needed.

i have Downloaded Ulead Movie factory but i dont have anything to open the files with.

i have 40 files, they are called 01 file,02 file and so on upto 039 file and then there is the last file called a SFV file,i have program winRAR and it cant seem to do anything woth them.

any help or info would be great.

You should just be able to double click one of the rar files and it will open winrar and you can extract the full file to your desired location
