VDOWAVE drivers where can I download them?

I cant find these drivers for VDOWAVE. Where can I find them? Please Help!

for the second link scroll to where it says “download and install the VDO codec, available here”

If those two links die suddenly you can always get microsoft netshow encoder. It’ll have the codec (among a bunch of others), and you can uninstall it, yet the codec will stay on your system. Microsoft doesn’t carry it on their site anymore, but you can find it on the web if you google for nstools.exe (NetShow Tools)
