Creating Menus for DVD movies

I want to create a menu of the movies I have on a dvd disc. I just got got a copy of adobe premiere 6.0 and dont see how to do it. Can anyone help? >
I use winavi to burn but I want to include a menu of the movies on disc.

I also use winavi to convert and burn..but I wanna create a dvd menu..I have sonic’s mydvd studio and I can create a nice menu with all the submenus and all that..but the transcoding process and stuff takes forever.
