sniffson Guest | Is there a Mac IV50 codec out there? I can’t seem to find one.

The Apple site describes a workaround though:

You have to reboot into Mac OS 9 (is this available to all Mac OS X users, or only to those who upgraded from 9 to X?) then possibly download the codec from that page.

sniffson Guest | Thanks a lot, I already tried the mplayer, it didn’t work. But I downloaded the Indeo codec and it worked on Quicktime in OS9.
Cheers!

Zephyr Guest | Hold on. What if you don’t have Mac OS 9 on your Mac? Is there no other solution? I have MPlayer, it didn’t work.

MacManX Guest | No, it won’t work.
You’ll need to have “Classic” (Mac OS 9) installed.
If you have an Intel Mac - use BootCamp and boot into Win XP, these files play nicely in Windows Media Player.
The “Classic” environment doesn’t work with Intel Macs.
