ffoeg Guest | Probably you will need to burn two discs. One copy of each side. I don’t know a lot of DVD burning software that actually lets you mix movies on a disc or change the actual structure of the movie itself, which is what it comes down to. Decoding both movies to another format, joining them, re-encoding to VOB and then burning is silly. If you REALLY want to have it all on one disc, you could convert them both to AVIs using DivX. Then you would just burn them in the root directory of your new DVD as 1.avi and 2.avi to get them to play in the right order. This will only work for newer players.
