when i download movies they are preferably in .avi format, convert using either dvd santa or win avi video converter.
i usually burn with intervideo dvd copy 3 it works for me!!!

I just purchased Nero 8 and would simply ask if anyone could direct me to a step-by-step how to convert .avi to where it will record onto a dvd. I’m okay with anyone starting out by "...you idiot don’t you know you should go to..." I feel like an idiot for asking. Any brief reply would be greatly appreciated.

i have converted the avi format to dvd format using winavi now i wanna burn it on a dvd so that i can watch it on a dvd player.. i dont wanna burn just one movie but 2-3 movies on 1 dvd(i have enough space).what software shld i use. coz on winavi i think it burns only 1 movie at a time. plz plz plz help

Shadow24 Guest | Yo im trying 2 burn a movie on dvd and watch it on my dvd player i used the avi2dvd program to convert it and it became a iso file or whatever it is after u convert it and i tried burning it with dvd decrypter and i didnt get shit when i tryed it in my dvd player it game me a message saing it is prohibited or some bull shit how can i burn this movie i downloaded so i can watch it on the dvd player can somebody please let me know cuz this shit is irritating !!

I can view/watch from my hard drive, but once i try burning, I get “No cd in drive” I’m using a DVDR (video) & a CDR (audio) and get the same response. I’m using the D drive with new disks...
anyone know why their not 'burning'?

stevesmith121 Guest | download a program like nero or something similar and it will convert avi files to dvd format and burn them. Nero 8 is a pretty big program but it will burn just about anything for you in any format.
