Guys,
First of all thanks for such rich information.
But unfortunately nothing worked.
VLC-No sound but I see the video.
Divx player,Media player,Winamp-Media not supported.
I evn installed the codec for Winamp mentioned above...but no use.

What Finally worked is this “mp4 Player 4.0”
http://www.brothersoft.com/downloads/mp4-player.html
http://www.brothersoft.com/mp4-player-download-56939.html

Hope it helps someone like me who installed a hell lot of softwares to make this .mp4 file work.

Regards,
NISHIL

I have some mp4 videos that play perfectly fine on one of my computers but they only play sound and no video on the other. The only video related software that differs on my 2 PC’s is that Nero 7 is installed on the one that won’t play the video. Unfortunately the install log on Nero is corrupt so I can’t uninstall it without a huge hassle to see if thats the problem. All of my media players on both PC’s are up to date and I have all of the same codecs installed. My uncle has Nero 7 on his PC as well so I’m going to bring them over there and see if they work. And if they don’t I’ll try them on my cousins computer, she doesn’t have NERO 7. I’ll post back with the results.
