1. Upgrade to Windows Media Player 7, 9, or 10

2. Install one of the codec installation packages on this page
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/format/codecdownload.aspx
Naturally which package or version of wmp you choose depends on your version of windows and your version of wmp.

s1lent Guest | hmm i tried the 2nd one and didnt work and i have the latest verison of wmp. i tried reinstalling it but it wouldnt let me uninstall. and other suggestion?
