tam Guest | i copied my sims2 and my original disc was stolen and now everytime i try to play my burnt copy it keeps asking for the correct disc but everything like setup works.can anyone help me fix it so i can play my beloved game again?  | |

Regular Rep: 6 Joined: 20 Nov 2004 Posts: 1,286 | That’s likely part of the copy protection. I think if you mail the manufacturers with proof that you purchased the game (perhaps the box, or receipt), they would send you what you’re missing. | |

tam Guest | thats the problem i didnt keep a reciept, got in feb and my house was broken into and all my games were stolen so i only have what i copied and my insurance wont replace it either. but thanks anyways  | |

Shadow5731 Guest | If your police report shows that you had Sims2 in it, the company MAY allow you to get another copy of it from them...might have to pull hair and knock out teeth with them though. | |
