Ive downloaded the Divx free donwload version and Ive tried playing music videos a few times but it still doesnt show the videos can someone help me?

I’m having the same problem for some reason its just windows media audio/video files that won’t play. i’ve even tried using the gspot program but it says theres nothing wrong.
