jefftheworld Guest | You guys are all REALLY slow. CSS, and the source engine itself, can convert *.dem files to *.avi, simply go into the console after loading a demo and type “startmovie demoname avi”. Make sure you are in windowed mode as a popup will then give you some format choices. It will play the movie and record a movie into...somewhere, I can’t remember, but it’s there somewhere.

WAJAHAT Guest | i install FRAP then i into C.S by openig FRAP then i wrote VIEW DEMO in console the i do every thing , then the VEDIO clips come i PLAY in media player and in CODEC 321 but SOUND is coming and VEDIO is not why is that s0 ?????????????????

But to play em, u open console (`) then u type demoui and press enter
a player shuld come up from there u jus load it...
But tis only works for source i fink.

ShAnI Guest | use fraps 2.9 ... to convert ur movie in wmv or avi format ... seet fps 50 - 60 ... u kan download registered version of fraps from isohunts.com ... for this u will need utorrent ...

Nirvana Guest | first off all record your demo the in console write “startdem filename.dem after that write start movie file name.dem fps (how many fps u want that means quality i think u can write 30) and then i /valve/cstrike/ u will see a lot of bmp files (images) than download VideoMatch take the images and than with video match convert in to *.avi file, after that use maybe Sony Vegas to edit your *.avi file and thats all GOOD LUCK
