hi!can you help me to fixed the problem of my computer,co’z i want to listen to my favorite radio station in the philippines,when i open the window media player,this is what i see.Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found...thank’s body!

hey, what you need 2 do is download a certain add on called ffd-show. you can find this on google. hope that helped

That is an error message not a codec number. You need to know which codec you need. There are hundreds of types of, say, AVI formats and many use different codecs. If you have a format that is proprietary, you need to download the codec from the supplier of your hardware and/or software

try going to http://www.videolan.org and downloading their mpeg-2 player...its free..open sourced.. and will fix your problem...

just download VideoFixer it can fix any avi file, even a hlaf downloaded avi file can be fixed and run in normal. the only thing is make sure you make a backup of your original file coz might harm your file someway.
