michelle Guest | Hello,
I found a similar thread but the solution for that person didn’t work for me...
I was sent .mov files and i can’t open them with Quicktime or After Effects. The QT message is “You may experience problems playing a video track in intro.mov because the required compressor could not be found”
The movie properties is “vid Meridien Compressed”
Can anyone help me to open these? It is especially important to be able to open them in After Effects.
thanks!!!

John Fuller Guest | thanks for the info...I was banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why a Meridien sequence exported in Quicktime would not play on my other computer!
